Quirky Girls is an independent game studio in Ithaca, New York. It was founded in 2020 by Laurie Van Atta-Newman, a passionate game developer and eternal quirky girl, motivated and inspired by her daughter to help the Autistic community live in a better world.
Quirky Girls blazes a trail of magic, intrigue, direction & behavioral modifications aimed at empowering children in a web based game of strategy and social chess. QG aims to provide a source destination in education and gaming switches to specifically target social development challenges & anti-bully platforms; unlocking the wistful gamer whose desires to explore, experiment, and experience a packaged social landscape packed with beauty, exploration, knowledge, and free will.
Serving all communities but not limited to a broad spectrum of the ASD communities as well as their variant populations.
